Postcards from The Bahamas

Waking up at the crack of dawn is only worthwhile if you are making your way to The Bahamas for the first time.  After a few delays at the airport, we made our way to down to Grand Bahama Island for five days of rest and relaxation.   We were completely spoiled at Memories Grand Bahama Beach & Casino Resort. It made it extremely hard to leave. One of the downfall at staying at an all exclusive is that you don't really feel a need to do exploring. Now that's a good Breakfast Water sports anyone?  Somehow I convinced myself to ride the banana boat. I was scary fun until the point I got wiped out trying at the end of the ride. Crab salad was exquisite Pineapple Juice & Rum never hurt nobody Hello Operator  I went to this fabulous marketplace but I did not get any souvenirs because I left my wallet home. This song gives me life. You must own it immediately. Watching:  An African City I am happy that there is finally a show that showcases a different view on Africa.
