Here is my first top ten list. The Top ten most beautiful women in Hollywood. It was a difficult list to make, because there are so many beautiful women in Hollywood. This is my opinion and there will be people who disagree with me. All of these women are beautiful in their own ways. The rankings do not make one less attractive than the others. These women are absolutely beautiful and they all represent strong sexy independent woman of the 21st century. Here is the list. 10. Halle Berry She gets more beautiful with age. With a new baby and a new man Halle just proves that there is nothing more beautiful than a women in her 40's. 9. Tie- Jennifer Lopez/ Sara Ramirez Jennifer- One of my role models. It does not hurt that she is absolutely adorable and fabulous to boot with her beautiful face. Sara- Representing the extra sexy on TV. She is one stunning girl and I feel that they are under using her on Grey's. I look forward to see what she does in the future. 8. Catherine Zeta Jon...

Well it is fall so that means the it is the start of TV season. A lot of my favorites shows I have already started, and I am excited for what this year will bring. I just watched the season premiere of Desperate Housewives and it was pretty good. I am not sure about how I feel about the whole five years forward thing but the show is addictive. Ugly Betty is fierce as always. Gossip Girl is my show but I was a little disappointed about the last episode. It was not as good as the previous ones. It had its shocking moments but it still was not as good. Oh well I just realized that i watch more reality shows. T he biggest loser, America Next Top Model, Project Runway and The Amazing Race are some of my favorites shows. All of them are reality shows. The only scripted shows I watch are Gossip Girl, Desperate Housewives and Ugly Betty . Lost will be included but it does not start until next year. I got into Samantha Who recently, I love that show. I am still finishing up last season so...

Right now Roe v Wade is becoming a hot political topic. There are people that are against it and others that are for it. Personally I am struggling with my opinions about abortion. I am a pro-life, so i believe that life begins at conception. At the same time I do not believe abortion should be illegal and that women should have the right terminate a pregnancy if they should choose. There are so many bad things that happen when abortions are illegal, many women lose their lives. I believe in educating people about safe sex((condoms, birth control, morning after pill, absence) to avoid unwanted pregnancies. Am i really pro-life if i believe that abortion is a women choice? Does that make me pro-choice then? Gosh I am so confused.

Right now I am taking a course that is making me think hard about the dynamics between men and women. The course questions whether there are fundamental differences between the sexes. They are not the opposite sex but more the other sex. Still men are so confusing to me. Are they so hard to figure out because they have been culturally trained to be that way or were they born that way? What is up with games? If you like someone just say it, don't beat around the bush. As a black female growing up I never felt pretty enough because how I looked did not reflect all the images that were thrown on me. I was not thin enough, I did not have blond hair, my teeth were not pearly white nor was I light enough to be considered beautiful. Just think about it how many size 14 do you see gracing magazine covers? How many people of color do you see on magazine stands, billboards, TV screens and movie screens? A lot of time minorities would be on covers of magazines that cater to that particular group. If there are people of color on magazine covers they are either Tyra Banks, Beyonce, Jennifer Lopez, Salma Hayek or Halle Berry. It is safe to say that these women have crossover. What about Sanaa Lathan? Nia Long? Aishwarya Rai? These women are absolutely beautiful but they barely get coverage in the western world. I am in my room in my spankin new apartment listening to some music. I just love music, the way it can make me feel just about anything. I could be sitting down deep in thought about some global issue when a sensation strikes my toe. Before I know it I am spinning around my room waving my hands in the air as the words of the song escape my mouth. I can be driven to tears by the lyrics of a song, my tears could be removed by smile, music can just alter things for me. Right now I am in love with a lot of British acts. I really want to get Adele CD 19. I have heard it and its fantastic. Trying to decide how I am going to get it. I am either going to buy it on itunes or half. com or have a friend send it to me. To get a feel for how great Adele is check out "Crazy For You". I also love James Morrison. Seriously I was not complete until i heard The Pieces Don't Fit Anymore. Hey all, Well I just popped my blog cherry. Gosh it is always a painful scary exciting time when you try something new. This year has been a sore to my heart. I have accomplished things that I thought I would never have the audacity to do. It is making me feel that this big bad world is not as scary anymore.
